wie lange hast Du auf Antwort gewartet? Bei mir hat die Beantwortung einer E-Mail durch Baudis immer ziemlich genau eine Woche gedauert. Ich hatte erst kürzlich eine Konversation wegen eines Ersatzteils für meine GP15. Es wurde alles wunschgemäß abgewickelt, hat aber dann insgesamt über einen Monat von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Erhalt gedauert.
PS: Es ging um einen LDS Hebel und nicht um irgendein Composite Bauteil.

Da ich derzeit auch täglich mit dieser Frage konfrontiert werde, hier die original Mail vom März von Baudis zu der Situation:
Hi Jörg,
We regret to inform you that we are struggling with production capacity for our models at the moment.
As current lead time for our models has already exceeded 12 months, we had to make decision to temporarily suspend new orders for models in this situation. Unfortunately we are not able to confirm any new orders, to ensure delivery to customers who have already placed orders.
Due to the handmade nature of our production, it is difficult or almost impossible to increase the production capacity in short time.
So all new orders can be put down into a pre-order list, but without any binding confirmation of the order.
However actually we are not able to provide you with exact estimations for production scheduling of new orders.
Very rough estimation of lead time for new orders is around 12-16 months.
Please be assured that for already placed orders we do our best to ensure production and delivery as soon as possible
Nevertheless we still would like to keep production of some spare parts, especially for models sold in last years.
We are aware that spare parts are essential part of services for our models and so at least we will try to keep production of spare parts.
Although lead time for spare parts would be also longer.
The resumption of orders will be announced as soon as the production status and other factors are confirmed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you or your customers.

Oder man wird keine Baudis Modelle mehr kaufen, da vllt. in den nächsten Jahren die Ersatzteillieferung auch aufhört …..

Irgendwann hat alles ein natürliches Ende.
Formen halten auch nicht über Generationen.
Und wegen ErsatzTeilen wird niemand neue fertigen.
