No problem, nobody was interested for buying and building and I have some time left so just gonna build it myself.
Goal is still to keep it as light as possible so it can be flown from 100mtr grass strips.

Flap and aileron:

Aileron end ribs installed, will be one in the middle to will also hinge points.

Flap will get 2 alu hinges, think it will be placed in the flap something like this:
