I am writing this post after sending 4 emails to Hobbydirect unanswered.
I bought a module and two receivers on Hobbydirect for 346,53 USD on January 13, 2010 (Order 130248). I made the payment via Paypall and the next day I received an email stating that the package had been sent. So far I do not have the Track Number and I have sent 4 emails asking for the track number but He does not answer any e-mails.
I read some topics about Hobbydirect on RCGroups and I confess that I'm really very worried if he really posted the package. I believe my question is consistent because he did not answer any e-mail. I'm almost certain that I will lose my money.
Hobbydirekt may be the Best in the world but if it does not treat the customers well will certainly be very bad. Do not respond to e-mails is absurd. It is very difficult to understand why he does not respond any emails. Here in the RC-Network I send a private message but so far he did not answer.
If he does not respond emails and do not inform the track number, anyone will understand that he did not send anything.
Maybe posting this message He may appear, then everyone knows how it treats yours customers.
