Da hast du recht. Hab mir einen CX5 bestellt um eine gewisse Ruhe zu haben. War auch der einzige Händler wo überhaupt etwas bestellbar war. Scheinen wirklich genug zu verkaufen. Hatte insgesamt 4 Händler angeschrieben mit konkreter Kaufabsicht.
Genau darauf habe ich keine Lust, wie das dann bei Ersatzteilen laufen könnte...
Mein Anspruch ist bewusst gewählt:
Wenn die ersten Flieger 300g wiegen oder etwas mehr, passt das. Da wird man nur durch Erfahrung und Rückschläge gut.

I started designing this Dlg on early of 2018, one factory is interesting with this product, and they pay the mold fee ,cut the first mold. its unimage they use steel to build the mold.the wing mold is about 200kg,its very hard to opeart, it needs 3 people to move it to the heating furnace.
there are many details that are not meticulous with the mold. i asked the factory to return the mold to the CNC factory, and modify it, but because of the cost they dont agreen. so the project stopped.with this ugly mold i build some test ones. meanwhile i notice the wing tips are too thin to launch,the strength is not enough.(its my wrong, and thats why i ask for modify).
but there are still some hightlights with these test ones:
1.i use the prepreg carbon.
Areal weight (dry): 20 g/m²
Curing temperature: 80 - 150 °C (176 - 302 °F)
Glass transition temperature (Tg): 70 - 140 °C (158 - 284 °F)
Prepreg weight: 40 g/m²
the surface is much better than the carboweave IMS carbon(NCF 40g/m² biaxal) you may check the picture. i use the high tempture epoxy to bond the carbon and the fiber.
2.the wing weight is less than 85 grams(one layer fiber).its about 20% lighter than the normal Dlg wing in same wing area.and the strength is same as them.
3.i asked supplier to build the tailboom with high strength prepreg uni-direction carbon.stronger and lighter(18*9.3*1045mm weight 24-26 grams).
with the weight of wing(85g), tails(12g), boom(25g),fuselage(8g), the dlg empty weight can be control less than 130 grams. thats be nice.
left that factory i asked my CNC factory's designer to modify the second mold, i modify the wingtip thickness and print a 3d model.i paid the mold fee and let them cut the second Aluminum mold.
finially the mold arrived, and we started glossy the mold. there are still some small rouble with them, i returned the mold back to the CNC factory. but at the end of Nov,2018 my father was seriously ill, i have to go back home to look after him.Feb,2019, my facther was Dead(so sad).
i tried to contact my CNC factory boss ,but no reply, later the owner's brother called me, his brother was dead while tourism during the Chinese new year with his family, because of Cerebral hemorrhage. they cant modify the mold without boss of the CNC factory. I have to stopped my dlg project. sad story.
till now i think i have finished all the modify(what i can think) of this plane.i have all of the 3d files and 2d file. let me know whats your thinking next.
