Cellpro 10s reparieren

Hallo,

habe heute versehentlich mein Cellpro 10s an 24V angeschlossen war natürlich sofort kaputt (Sicherung ist ganz geblieben).
Nun meine Frage, hat irgendjemand eine Ahnung um welches Bauteil es sich handelt, bzw. vielleicht einen Schaltplan oder Foto des Bauteils?
Ich kann darauf nichts mehr erkennen.
Möchte es ggf ersetzen.

Es ist am Steckplatz D10 unterhalb des Kondensators (Foto anbei).

Bin für jede Hilfe Dankbar.

Hallo Werner,

funktioniert der Lader denn noch an 12V?
Die Diode war nur zum Schutz (vermutlich eine Z-Diode oder Supressordiode).
Falls nix mehr gehtz bringt das ersetzen der Diode nichts. Das ist nur eine Schutzschaltung.

Gerade versucht, nein außer der Beleuchtung vom Display kein mucks, leider.

möchte auf diesem Wege den Suport von http://www.revolectrix.com/ hervorheben, weil ich auf mein Schreiben direkt von Revolectrix aus USA eine Antwort bekam die ich hier teile...
Das Ladegerät ist wohl hinüber, leider unterstützen die Neuen Modelle die Funktion nicht "nur" über das Balancerkabel zu laden.

My pleasure. Oh, by the way, that is an 18V zener diode used as a crowbar circuit. It's only purpose is to prevent damage to the electronics downstream of the input capacitor by blowing on input overvoltage. It appears to have worked as advertised.

With the remnants removed, you should be able to power the charger up and test it. You will want to re-install the blown diode; however, before you go to the trouble, you could make sure the unit works on normal input v and nothing else was damaged besides the diode.

Note: the cathode (the banded end of the diode) aligns with the + pad for capacitor C28.

Wenn keine Anzeige hast dann müsste man den Spannungsregler für den Prozessor suchen. Ein paar gute Bilder wären von Vorteil.
