Hallo,
vielleicht hilft das auch ein wenig, ist vielleicht ähnlich gemacht,

Q502 könnte ein NPN Transistor sein MMS9014 (Marking Code J6)
wenn man in Opentx nachschaut, dann könnten die folgenden Port Pins am Prozessor
für Power zuständig sein.
// PWR and LED driver
#define PWR_RCC_AHB1Periph (RCC_AHB1Periph_GPIOA | RCC_AHB1Periph_GPIOB | RCC_AHB1Periph_GPIOC | RCC_AHB1Periph_GPIOD | RCC_AHB1Periph_GPIOE)
...
#if defined(PCBX9LITE)
#define PWR_SWITCH_GPIO GPIOA
#define PWR_SWITCH_GPIO_PIN GPIO_Pin_7 // PA.07
#define PWR_ON_GPIO GPIOA
#define PWR_ON_GPIO_PIN GPIO_Pin_6 // PA.06
#elif defined(PCBXLITE)
#define PWR_SWITCH_GPIO GPIOA
#define PWR_SWITCH_GPIO_PIN GPIO_Pin_7 // PA.07
#define PWR_ON_GPIO GPIOE
#define PWR_ON_GPIO_PIN GPIO_Pin_9 // PE.09
#else
#define PWR_SWITCH_GPIO GPIOD
#define PWR_SWITCH_GPIO_PIN GPIO_Pin_1 // PD.01
#define PWR_ON_GPIO GPIOD
#define PWR_ON_GPIO_PIN GPIO_Pin_0 // PD.00
#endif
