F3-the Worlds First Production RC Sailing Foiler(I think)-2015 in San Diego

From boatdesign.net and rc groups:
I've told you about the F3* and showed pictures and video(see next post) but now a remarkable thing has happened. The first and only kit of the F3 that I sold to a great guy-Rich Matt-has surfaced at the model pond in San Diego. Rich lived near Chicago. The kit was difficult because the instructions hadn't been written but Rich knew that and worked with me during the build. He did a spectacular job and the boat worked well. The boat is 56" Long(+ rudder), 72" wide and weighs about 7 lb.
Hopefully, the new owner will get her flying shortly and we'll have the first new F3 video in 10 years!
*designed by me in 1999/2000 and built by me in the early 2000's. I built all the kit components for Rich including the "WingTip" rig with adjustable upper outhaul. He assembled and painted the boat.
After Rich died a few years ago I heard nothing of the boat until a photog** posted these pictures on RC groups yesterday: (Click on the small ones)
